Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts.   • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail loss prevention, asset protection, or a related security field.
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations and gathering evidence.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and common shrinkage drivers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales and inventory reports.
  • Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise investigative reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, EAS systems, and other loss prevention technologies.
  • Experience in interviewing and interrogation techniques is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Loss Prevention (e.g., LPQ, LP Certified) is a plus.

We are looking for a reliable and attentive Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our members, guest and employees across our premises. This role is essential for controlling access and monitoring activities at our busy sports and social facilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Patrol and Monitoring: Conduct regular, thorough patrols of the club's buildings, grounds, sports areas and parking lots to monitor activities and ensure the overall environment is safe and secure.
  • Access Control: Maintain strict control over all entrance points. Ensure that all individuals entering and leaving the club comply with established security and club protocols.
  • Handle Incidents & Reporting: Promptly and effectively manage all security incidents and emergencies, including accidents and disturbances. Immediately escalate and report all serious incidents to the Line Manager and relevant Heads of Department (HODs).
  • Property Protection: Secure the club's assets, equipment, and facilities by checking locks, windows and gates.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Nationality: Must be a Bahraini
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience
  • Language: Must have a good command of the English language
