  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards within the manufacturing environment.
  • Train production staff on new or improved manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Stay updated on advancements in manufacturing technology and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a related role.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CAD software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
