This role is for a visionary designer whose work evokes emotion, creates connection, and breathes life and memory into spaces.

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our Retail Team. You will design and elevate our in-store experience across the region by creating functional, on-brand spaces that reflect our mission of making healthy easy. From flagship stores to seasonal pop-ups, you will bring our spaces to life with creativity, consistency, and a focus on the customer journey. You will also develop concepts for our cafes.

• Design and develop interior concepts for new retail locations and pop-up stores
• Translate brand identity into physical space through layout, materials, lighting, and seating
• Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and technical drawings
• Collaborate with the retail team and contractors
• Oversee project execution from concept to completion, maintaining quality and brand consistency
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and standards
• Prepare presentations for internal approvals and stakeholder alignment
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and sourcing of materials and furnishings

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a relevant field
• 5-8 years of experience in retail interior design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or other 3D software
• Strong understanding of design concepts, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our Retail Team. You will be responsible for designing and elevating our in-store experience across the region by creating functional, on-brand spaces that reflect our mission of making healthy easy! From flagships to seasonal pop-ups, you’ll help bring our spaces to life with consistency, creativity, and a strong focus on the customer journey. You'll be tasked with designing and creating a concept for the cafe.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop interior concepts for all new retail locations and special popups.
• Reflect the brand identity into physical space through layout, material selection, lighting and seating arrangements.
• Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and technical drawings
• Work closely with the retail team and contractors
• Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare presentations for internal approvals and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and sourcing of materials and furnishings.

Ideal candidate

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in interior design or a relevant field
• 5-8 years of experience in retail interior design

Knowledge & Competency

• Expertise in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit or other 3D software
• Exceptional understanding of design concepts, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Personality

• Well-organized, a great eye for detail, creativity, and a desire to push the boundaries in design
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Candidate should be flexible with travel within the GCC, as the role requires on-ground presence across multiple markets

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Manama. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, producing and overseeing construction drawings, and coordinating space planning. The role also involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) and ensuring the integration and execution of interior design solutions.

• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus

• Develop conceptual interior design solutions, including space planning, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Produce detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings.
• Select and specify appropriate finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories (FF&E) that align with project requirements and budget.
• Manage interior design projects from initial client brief through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and material samples to clients for approval.
• Oversee the procurement process for FF&E, managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure the design intent is realized during construction.
• Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, technologies, and software.
• Mentor and guide junior interior designers, providing technical and creative support.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and accessibility standards.
• Manage project documentation, including specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop creative solutions to design challenges, problem-solving effectively to meet client needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of FF&E specification, procurement, and installation.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and material properties.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking, creativity, and aesthetic sensibility.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential design sectors is desirable.
