This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and support across a broad range of corporate matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of commercial law and regulatory frameworks relevant to our business operations. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Advising on corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and contract negotiation.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Managing and protecting the company's intellectual property portfolio.
