Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents such as confidentiality agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence for inbound and outbound transactions.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
- Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in M&A or corporate law, preferably with a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex M&A transactions from start to finish.
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
