Your responsibilities
  • Leading all Consumer Promotion activities, updating Statistical Forecast model, overseeing planning of imported finished goods and freight forwarding.
  • Identify and rectify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans. Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
  • Establish S&OP model and engage all stakeholders from middle managers to Man-com for establishing monthly plans for the company.
  • Ensuring Supply connectivity with due partnership with factory and highlighting the gaps timely along with mitigation plan.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Packaging, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse for all initiatives.
  • Supply Services Focal person for Fuel initiatives: filtering all cross functional feedbacks, working through function specific constraints, collating the required information in desired format, and presenting to Marketing before implementation, system integration and roll outs.
