Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in fashion retail buying, with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, including current trends, designers, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Identify and source new brands and suppliers, ensuring quality, ethical production, and competitive pricing.

- Manage inventory levels, optimizing stock to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
