Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Server. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization at the dining area. This is an on-site role located in Manama.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in serving or similar customer service roles

Shisha server will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and serving high-quality shisha in a safe and hygienic manner. Your role includes setting up and managing shisha sessions, advising guests on flavors, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Prepare and serve shisha to customers, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shisha preparation areas and equipment. Educate customers about different shisha flavors, types of tobacco, and preparation methods.

The Cashier/Waiter is a dual-role team member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service both at the counter and on the floor. This position combines accurate cash handling with attentive table service, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Cashier Duties

• Greet guests warmly and process orders efficiently at the counter or POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy and integrity
• Issue receipts, manage refunds, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Monitor stock levels at the counter and communicate replenishment needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

Waiter Duties

• Take food and beverage orders at tables with professionalism and speed
• Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal

Requirements
