This hybrid role, based in the Hamad Town, Northern, BH area, involves a balance of on-site activities and remote administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of apprentices across various skilled trades. You will be responsible for tracking apprentice progress, coordinating on-the-job training schedules, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship and support. You will also be involved in developing and improving program resources, organizing workshops, and ensuring all administrative records are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vocational training systems, experience in coordinating apprenticeship programs, and a passion for workforce development. - Ensure compliance with all apprenticeship regulations and standards.
- Develop and deliver training workshops for apprentices and mentors.
- Maintain accurate records and generate program reports.
- Identify areas for program improvement and implement enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in apprentice coordination, vocational training, or workforce development.
- Strong understanding of skilled trades and apprenticeship systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with record-keeping and administrative tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations related to apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
