Role Overview

The Social Media & Content Specialist at

plays a pivotal role in shaping how our clients, and our own brand, show up online. This is a hybrid role combining

As a key member of the marketing team, you will take ownership of content calendars, lead engagement efforts, and ensure all digital content aligns with brand objectives and voice. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management (60%)

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Write and adapt captions with clarity, purpose, and creativity
  • Review and submit posts for approval, maintaining brand tone and visual consistency
  • Manage community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and escalate issues

Campaign Execution & Paid Strategy (20%)

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and messaging

Analytics & Optimization (20%)

  • Track and report on KPIs: engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media platforms (agency experience preferred)
  • Portfolio or samples of written captions and visual content
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, Trello, Buffer, Later, or similar
  • Understanding of audience behavior across different platforms
  • Confidence in analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Attend designated meetings.
  • Prompt delivery of all tasks (social media calendar, content creation, organizing of photoshoots, different forms etc).

  • Perform all tasks as detailed in daily task list – works on different tasks related to marketing and communication when required.
  • Hands on experience in photo editing and video editing (different applications and software programs)
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area of all times
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related role.

  • Participate in related project teams

  • Monthly attendance record in accordance to hotel procedures

  • The overall cleanliness of the sales office.

Experience

  • Experience with content creation, social media strategy, and analytics (Microsoft office experience is a must).

Education

  • College level
