**Summary of Job**:
- Is responsible for overseeing the social media operations of the medical center.
- Is tasked with managing the Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media accounts of the medical center.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Develops marketing plans for the services at the medical center.
- Manages the Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media accounts of the medical center.
- Maintains online relations with customers and interacts with them as a representative of the medical center.
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
- Assists in front desk administration duties at the medical center when needed.
**Qualifications Required**:
- H.S. graduate
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications in marketing are preferred
- Previous marketing experience is preferred, preferably in the healthcare industry
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

Over the past few years there have been an expansion of services, with more dermatological and non-surgical procedures offered.
