Role Summary

The Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing construction-ready site plans for solar PV systems, incorporating contract specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards, while ensuring constructability and efficiency.

The Design Engineer takes the initial system concept ideas and translates them into fully detailed construction-ready designs. Coordinating with multiple team members and customers, the Design Engineer balances the necessity of a customer solution with the efficiency of standard practices.

The role requires close coordination with the Engineering, Procurement, Execution, Business Development, and HSE teams, as well as with clients, consultants, and government authorities.


Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years' experience as a Design Engineer or in a related role in the solar or renewable energy sector (internships and trainee programs considered).
