Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and serving as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
