The B2B Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our enterprise customers and maintaining strong relationships by actively managing all aspects related to post-sales support for our B2B services and products. This role will involve proactive monitoring, incident handling, and maintaining robust customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction with our offerings.

1. Serve as the central point of communication for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, addressing post-sales support inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the offered B2B services and products.
3. Handle all post-sales activities specific to B2B services, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, incident reporting, issue tracking, fault restoration, and handling customer complaints.
4. Provide comprehensive support for the entire B2B product portfolio, including Dedicated Internet Access, Local and Global MPLS, Ethernet to the Business, Fixed Voice, Security Products, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi Solutions.
5. Implement 24/7/365 monitoring of systems to proactively identify potential issues and ensure network health for enterprise customers.
6. Take the lead in restoring faults whenever possible, minimizing downtime for enterprise customers.
7. Effectively communicate work activities, updates, and resolutions to all relevant stakeholders.
8. Implement and uphold quality standards for all B2B services and products, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and enterprise customer expectations.
9. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards specific to B2B services.
10. Develop new processes and coordinate interdepartmentally to fill any gaps in B2B service delivery.
11. Conduct awareness workshops for change processes and compliance tailored for B2B customers.
12. Maintain a history log for all events and activities related to enterprise customers.
13. Perform all other related duties as assigned by the department.

Strong knowledge of the telecommunications products and services listed, with expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Information Technology).

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a B2B customer support or technical support role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

1. Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and the Bill of Quantities at the commencement of each project.

2. Responsible for project scheduling and ensuring timely completion.

3. Prepare material submittals in accordance with project specifications, develop HVAC shop drawings based on IFC drawings, and obtain necessary consultant approvals.

4. Conduct technical selection of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and fans) and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial comparisons of supplier quotes.

5. Perform various HVAC calculations, including heat load, external static pressure, pump head, and staircase pressurization assessments.

6. Effectively allocate personnel and technological resources to ensure efficient project execution.

7. Ensure project execution aligns with the project quality plan, stays within the estimated manpower budget, and meets all applicable quality standards.

8. Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

9. Prepare installation and commissioning method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and risk assessments.

10. Verify all installation and commissioning method statements to ensure adherence to best practices.

11. Prepare and manage variations related to changes in the scope of work, ensuring proper documentation and approval.

12. Coordinate effectively with other mechanical trades, HVAC and electrical disciplines, and architectural teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

13. Raise inspection requests, RFIs, and other pertinent documentation for consultant review.

14. Utilize HVAC software (HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, Psychrometric Chart Analyzer) and MS Office applications proficiently.

15. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients.

16. Submit payment applications to clients based on project progress and follow up on payments against tax invoices in accordance with the payment certificates.

17. Complete all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, operational and maintenance manuals, and consumer instructions.

BE / BTech - Mechanical Graduate with 8 – 12 years of experience in a similar position

GCC Driving License is a must

• Builds tender integrated schedules using the established tools and processes and challenges the team to ensure schedule risk is managed with a balance of competitive offering aligned to historical performance
• Builds and maintain the single project schedule representing the entire project by integrating inputs from all functions, units and third parties contributing to the project
• Ensure proper linkages in schedule to show all interdependencies between contributing parties
• Ensure functional owners sign off on commitments and are made accountable for their date
• Works collaboratively with other overall project planning team to ensure optimal alignment of schedule with overall schedule
