Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partnering.
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of organizational development principles and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
