- Conduct technical reviews and quality control checks.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bridge engineering technology and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a significant focus on bridge design.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Midas Civil).
- Strong understanding of seismic analysis, load rating, and fatigue analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Experience with BIM software is a plus.
