- Ensure all designs comply with international and local safety standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical design engineering, with a strong focus on power systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of power system analysis, motor control, and industrial automation.
- Experience with HV/MV distribution systems and substation design is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is a significant asset.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
