Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies, is necessary. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, are required.
