- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehousing.
- Proven experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and cost reduction.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
