Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, non-profit management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies and programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SDGs).
- Passion for social impact and community development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
