MAIN OBJECTIVEThe Analyst – System Operations (Platform Engineering) will administer and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure. They will support the development of CI/CD pipelines, utilize observability tools, and assist in automating resource provisioning using Infrastructure as Code. The role involves ensuring system availability, implementing security practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with industry trends.
MAIN DUTIES- Administer and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
- Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and scaling of applications and infrastructure.
- Use observability tools to monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure high availability.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code to automate resource provisioning and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for system architecture, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system incidents as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
EXPERIENCEExperience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related role is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and task management.

We are seeking an experienced engineer to work in a multi-infrastructure environment as a Senior Cloud and Information Security Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS, Microsoft Office 365, ISO certification, networking, firewalls, and information security activities within the organization.
Responsibilities:- Configure and install various Cisco network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
- Maintain firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP, and web and email security programs and protocols regularly.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations on all types of switches and Palo Alto firewalls.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Set up and manage containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, implementing necessary optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Manage cloud costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or system administration.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in the cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Relevant cloud certifications are a strong plus.
