Job Description

Operates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs computer based, fiber networks; repairs and
maintains equipment in emergency and preventative situations.
- Setting up servers, configuring & apportioning space for Web-based projects.
- Management & integration of databases.
- Implementing security on the intranet/ extranet.
- Setting up of firewalls & authorization systems.
- Performing periodic backup of data & automating tasks.

- Attend various departmental and crew staff meetings.

**Qualification**

Associate's Engineering degree in Computer, or B.S.C. in Computer Science
- Five years of experience in the IT System & Network field.
- Prior experience working in high pressured environment delivery consistency with mission critical

assignments.
- Comprehensive industry knowledge of digital and analog video/audio technology and distribution

methods, data networks, servers, distribution systems.
- Ability to change priorities and handle last minute changes.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work alternatively weekends.
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Through knowledge of fiber optics, MPEG, SD, HD, computer networking and other compression

techniques.

**Five year experience in IT and Network.**
