This role involves close collaboration with department heads, HR, and IT to ensure smooth operational workflows and the effective utilization of remote work technologies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading, motivating, and managing multiple remote operational teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Overseeing resource allocation, budgeting, and project management for operational initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative remote work environment, promoting team engagement and development.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve operational processes and systems.
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to operational services.
  • Conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development for team members.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, including significant experience leading remote teams. Demonstrable success in process improvement, strategic planning, and performance management is required. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms is a must. Experience with change management and building high-performing distributed teams is highly desirable.
