Role Overview
The Performance Marketer will design, execute, and optimize Playbook's marketing funnels across B2C and B2B growth tracks. You'll combine hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
You'll be Playbook's go-to for performance campaigns, SEO, analytics, and automation—directly tied to scaling our membership to

Key
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Search & Display
. - Build
retargeting campaigns
(trials, event attendees, site visitors). - Create
high-converting landing pages
and conduct A/B testing on copy, creatives, and CTAs. - Manage budgets with a focus on
CAC, CPL, LTV, and ROAS
.
SEO & Content
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page fixes.
- Build an SEO-driven content strategy (blogs, evergreen guides, lead magnets).
- Develop backlink strategies (PR, partnerships, guest content).
- Localize SEO efforts for
Arabic-first MENA markets
.
Lead Generation & Automation
- Own the funnel from
awareness → trial → paid membership
. - Set up and manage automation tools (HubSpot, ManyChat, WhatsApp Business).
- Design referral/affiliate growth programs.
- Create
email nurture flows
(trial-to-paid, abandoned checkout, reactivation).
Analytics & Reporting
- Implement GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM integrations.

Event Marketing
- Lead growth campaigns for Playbook's

Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on
performance marketing
experience (SaaS, edtech, fintech, or subscription preferred). - Proven track record in
scaling paid campaigns
with measurable ROI. - Strong grasp of
GA4, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and automation tools
. - Solid understanding of
SEO principles
and content-driven growth. - Comfortable working with

Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Performance Framework Design & Implementation
