Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD BD per month

Shift routine inspection, PM inspection and corrective action, Trouble shooting rotating equipments (Pumps,conveyors,compressor) and Hydraulic equipments, Overhead cranes,Shutdown jobs teams leading and coordinate, Root cause,Follow and maintain industrial standards.

• Performing installations, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, both mechanical and electrical, in a timely manner.
• Conducting on-site repairs and replacements of faulty components.
• Providing technical training and support to customers.
• Documenting all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
• Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company protocols.
• Communicating effectively with the service department regarding job status and customer feedback.
• Traveling to customer locations as required, often on short notice.
• Building strong relationships with clients through professional and reliable service.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and potentially work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and relevant software.
