We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist to perform massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guest's needs and preferences. The responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs. You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.

What you will be doing:

• Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
• Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
• You will ensure all Spa standards are followed.
• You will promote and sell customized Spa programs to guests.
• You will be familiar with all areas of the Spa operation, including product knowledge and retail sales.
• You will provide massage and body treatment services to guests using props and/or products.
• You will assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning service.
• You will keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to your field of work.
• You will escort guests to and from treatment rooms and arrange the workstation and treatment room.

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and wellness practices.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
• Adhere to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Manage appointment schedules and client bookings effectively.

• Valid professional license or certification as required by local regulations.
