  • Develop comprehensive master plans, site analysis reports, and conceptual designs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to define project scope and requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and planners.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in sustainable urban design and architecture.
  • Oversee the development approval process and facilitate communication with planning authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and urban planning.
  • Proven experience leading significant urban development projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of urban design principles, zoning laws, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and certifications (e.g., LEED) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality urban planning and architectural design work.
