Job Description

Support stc Bahrain’s Business team in achieving their set financial targets by targeting Corporate enterprises in the Kingdom of Bahrain and sell them the overall diversified stc Bahrain’s business products (all verticals including international services). Maintaining relationship with key customers and being responsible for their overall satisfaction while keeping the interest of stc Bahrain as a priority (Payments, Bad debt, Brand Image etc.)

Job Specifications:
  1. Participate in the achievement of the Section's objectives by performing related activities.
  2. Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Section to enable the section to operate efficiently.
  3. Increase Corporate Account Business customer base, by addressing the current business market needs based on the agreed segmentation.
  4. Align with wholesale and technology department to extend the complex portfolio to customers.
  5. Retain and develop the current Named account business customer base.
  6. Sell stc Bahrain’s full range of products and services including complex solutions.
  7. Provide and maintain a world-class customer experience and relationship management.
  8. Identify key client relationships to grow and build.
  9. Identify new business opportunities either as add on/pull through sales or in partnership with the company sales.
  10. Accountable for the financial performance of the contract – in terms of Revenue.
  11. Build customer loyalty.
  12. Perform other duties as requested.
Qualification & Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field.
  2. Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
  3. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
