- Conduct quality assurance reviews of developed course materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff on curriculum development best practices and tools.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience developing online courses and academic programs for higher education.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
- Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
