- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive design engineering.
- Proven experience in the design of specific automotive systems (e.g., powertrain, chassis, body, interior).
- Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX).
- Strong understanding of CAE tools for simulation and analysis (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
- Knowledge of automotive materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with automotive quality and validation processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP).
- Must be able to work effectively in both remote and on-site collaborative settings.
