• Ensure all repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
• Order parts and manage inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Provide clear explanations of needed repairs to service advisors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in training and development of apprentice technicians.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified automotive technician.
• ASE certifications (A1-A8, L1, G1) are highly preferred.
• Mastery in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the automotive field.
• Experience with specific luxury or performance vehicle brands is a significant advantage.
