Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Apprenticeship Program Lead to design, implement, and manage their comprehensive technical skills development program in Manama, Capital, BH . This critical role will be responsible for shaping the curriculum, recruiting and mentoring apprentices, and ensuring the program meets industry standards and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in technical training, program management, and a passion for developing talent. You will be instrumental in cultivating the next generation of skilled professionals within the organization.

- Develop and refine the curriculum for technical apprenticeships, ensuring alignment with industry needs and best practices.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for apprentices, identifying high-potential candidates.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to apprentices throughout their program journey.
- Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
- Assess apprentice progress and performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external training providers.
- Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage program resources, including budgets, materials, and facilities.
- Track and report on program outcomes, including completion rates, skill acquisition, and career progression of apprentices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness based on feedback and performance data.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for all apprentices.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in technical training and workforce development.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, training, or curriculum development, preferably within an apprenticeship or vocational training context.
- Strong understanding of technical trades and required skills relevant to the industry.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities.
- Proven experience in curriculum design and assessment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals, including apprentices and senior management.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS.
- A passion for talent development and empowering individuals.
