- Developing, implementing, and maintaining inventory control procedures and policies.
- Overseeing the accuracy of inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
- Implementing strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and production teams to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Monitoring stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to prevent obsolescence and ensure product freshness where applicable.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the warehouse and inventory management functions.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Proven expertise in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and FIFO/LIFO.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing on-site oversight with remote analysis and planning.
- APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a strong advantage.
