  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support operational needs.
  • Assist in the negotiation of carrier rates and service agreements.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all supply chain-related data entry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
