Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the local delivery routes on a daily basis to ensure optimum loading and delivery sequence

Ensure all products are correctly loaded with regard to quantity, and the appropriate measures of quality control are applied to ensure that no damaged product or any products in an improper physical condition.

Manage the export loading process to ensure optimum loading and dispatch is within 24 hours of required dispatch date.

Implement and administer the compliance of routine daily inspections of vehicle and follow up with the necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Warehousing or related field

Must 2-3 years have experience in Warehouse supervising, inventories and deliveries

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Keeper located in Tubli. The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for receiving and storing goods in the recommended condition, managing the inventory of medical equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling, performing routine inspections, prepare orders and dispatch based in appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Manage inventory levels through effective cycle counting, stock takes, and discrepancy resolution.
• Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Train new warehouse employees on procedures, safety protocols, and the use of WMS.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of warehouse space, equipment, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with logistics managers to meet operational goals and reporting requirements.
• Promote a positive and safe working environment, fostering teamwork and high productivity.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
