Sr. Web Designer / Graphic Designer

1. Analyze clients’ requirements and research the feasibility as well as market trends for the design.
2. Carry out all design activities focusing on User experience.
3. Create wire frame: focus on User Interface and User Experience.
4. Build visual design layouts: efficiency on Usability, pixel perfect design, aesthetic design, appropriate color combination, well-aligned layout, innovative, creativity.
5. Develop front end for the designs: HTML and CSS should be W3C validate (except some projects), well minimal and managed markup, CSS should be high-level engineering coding.
6. Integrate front-end development: programming logic should understand and integrate.
7. Design and develop front end for responsive web design: well-managed layout on all devices.
8. Fix bugs at all steps of the process: Fast and efficient problem-solving.

• Demonstrated 1-3 years of work experience in Web Design and Development;
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
• Proficiency in HTML/HTML 5, Web 3.0, and CSS/CSS 3;
• Basic knowledge of Open Source Web applications such as Joomla, WordPress, Magento is an advantage.
• Sketching and illustration skills are an advantage;
• Understand the benefits of the various design methodologies and object-oriented environments and object-oriented design;
• Able to handle sensitive information and communicate tactfully;

The Web Developer-Designer is responsible for the development and design of major and minor Web applications and components for internal and external Insurance system users. The developer will design, develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to insure the success of the projects. The developer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, through production deployment. They will be required to have experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies such as, but not limited to, Java and ColdFusion. In Specific CMS Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, Magento, OS Commerce, PrestaShop. Must know PHP, MYSQL, HTML5. CSS3.
