A minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 4 years in a management or supervisory role within home healthcare or a related field, is required. Current nursing license (RN) or equivalent healthcare professional credential is highly preferred. Proven experience in care plan development, client assessment, and staff management is essential. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., local health authority requirements) is crucial. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office responsibilities with remote tasks, is key.
