Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required. Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on business process improvement and operational excellence. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex optimization projects for large organizations. Expertise in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and relevant analytical software. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently in a virtual environment. Experience across multiple industries is a valuable asset.
