As a remote-first consultant, you will be adept at virtual collaboration, project management, and delivering high-quality outcomes without geographical constraints. Your responsibilities will include: leading diagnostic assessments of existing business processes across various functional areas; identifying inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement; designing optimized future-state processes and workflows; developing business cases for proposed changes, including ROI analysis; leading the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives; facilitating workshops and training sessions for client teams; developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; mentoring and developing junior consultants; ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for follow-on work. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required. Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on business process improvement and operational excellence. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex optimization projects for large organizations. Expertise in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and relevant analytical software. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently in a virtual environment.
