This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent sales and communication skills who is passionate about connecting clients with their ideal properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inquiries and leads for residential and commercial properties, conducting property showings for prospective tenants.
  • Present properties in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting features, benefits, and amenities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct background checks and verify tenant qualifications in accordance with company policies.
  • Process lease renewals and address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including online listings, social media promotion, and open house events.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless move-ins and move-outs.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends.
  • Adhere to all fair housing laws and company policies.
  • Actively participate in community outreach and networking events to generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high occupancy rates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Bahrain.
  • Valid Bahraini driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
