  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry in Bahrain.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid real estate agent's license in Bahrain.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable for effective client interaction.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
