An IT Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.
What will I be doing?
As an IT Manager, you will supervise the IT Department to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically, the IT Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure consistently strong operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
- Supervise the IT Department on a daily basis
- Understand, fully, the legal requirements on IT governance and security
- Handle, efficiently and completely, IT issues that arise
- Identify current and future system needs and provide solutions for the identified needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all daily operational activities, including logistics, warehousing, transportation, and delivery processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and warehousing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in operational management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency.
- Knowledge of local regulations and customs is a plus.

- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
