Ihr Beitrag für das WIR
- Sie helfen unseren Kunden im Außendienst aktiv bei der Verwirklichung ihrer Wünsche durch die Beratung zu Versicherungsfragen, zum Bausparen, zur Vermögensbildung und zu Kapitalanlagen
- Sie erfassen die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Kunden und reagieren auf deren Anfragen
- Sie betreuen einen festen Kundenstamm und gewinnen neue Kunden für die Debeka
- Praxisnahe Ausbildung: Sie erlernen die Grundlagen des Versicherungswesens in unseren Geschäftsstellen und erhalten umfassende Einblicke in Ihr Berufsbild.
- Studium an der ADG Business School: In Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Partnerhochschule vermitteln wir Ihnen das nötige Fachwissen und die Theorie hinter dem Versicherungsmanagement. Sie erlangen einen staatlich anerkannten Abschluss zum Bachelor of Arts. Beispielhafte Studieninhalte sind: Vertriebsmanagement, Versicherungsrecht, Leadership & Business Skill

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Safety Management System (SMS).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation safety management, preferably with airlines, MROs, or aviation authorities.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO standards, EASA/FAA regulations, and international aviation safety practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing SMS.
- Expertise in risk management, incident investigation, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of human factors in aviation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., ISMA, IATA Safety Auditor) are a significant advantage.
