This pivotal role is based in Sanad, Capital, BH , offering an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial markets and banking operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and project future financial outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for various departments and senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights into financial results.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Perform profitability analysis of products, services, and client segments.
  • Collaborate with different business units to gather financial data and understand their operational drivers.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
  • Support due diligence activities for potential investments, mergers, or acquisitions.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the bank.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. CFA designation or progress towards it is a significant plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
