Experience:

- Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements as per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
- Must complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation), favorable, ST5 investigation (including SBPR, PPR, T5R, or enrollment in DoD CE/CV), and be adjudicated for SCI eligibility by DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance, maintaining security clearance for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities- Analyze complex problems to evaluate various factors, representing MARCENT in TS/SCI environments.
- Perform recurring services for USMC C4ISR systems globally.
- Provide technical and mentoring support for USMC C4ISR systems.
- Support equipment users and maintainers, offering expertise on operation, technical processes, and maintenance.
- Recommend C4ISR architecture modifications to meet mission requirements.
- Assist with implementing technical processes, optimizing equipment and network resources, and diagnosing maintenance issues.
- Help prepare procedures and training materials, and monitor user performance.
Support network configuration, security, troubleshooting, system backups, IA administration, SharePoint, PKI, Active Directory, VoIP, VTC, web admin, performance optimization, user setup, system upgrades, and documentation.
Education & Certification- Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.

Support the department in positioning Batelco as a preferred and trusted partner of choice for all Telecom and ICT solutions.
Work as an individual contributor to the solutions practice.
Responsibilities
Strategic:
• Support the strategic initiatives of the Function by gathering intelligence about new products, solutions and technologies in the market for enhancing Batelco offerings
Financial:
• Identify and position the solutions to address client requirement and contribute to the revenue of the Function
• Regularly prepare and report pre-sales funnel progress on proposals in pipeline and on deal closures
Operational:
• Assess client requirement received from the Sales team and scope the concept of technical solution to address the requirements
• Provide inputs to the Opportunity Review Board while deciding to quote for complex and high value bids
• Liaise with Technology Partnership team to design Client specific holistic solutions integrating Batelco products with the offerings from technology partners
• Share the requirements for initiating or retaining partnerships with technology vendors, OEMs, Distributors, System Integrator Partners etc.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for the clients and support the Sales team during proposal presentations
• Design and share Bill of material with OEM/ Vendors
• Negotiate with OEM/ Vendors and obtain quotations based on Bill of Materials
• Prepare and share customer information sheet, ICT profitability sheet for the won-deals to process customers’ requirements
• Liaise with Technology Partnership team to identify and analyse solutions for Productization
• Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert in own work area / sub-function / function and provide guidance to team / peers and support in the achievement of operational targets
• Undertake initiatives to improve processes in assigned area of work
• Guide team / peers in meeting delivery timelines and performance expectations
• Ensure that team / peers adhere to company policies and legal regulations
