  • Develop and implement comprehensive, long-term brand strategies for the FMCG portfolio.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and growth segments.
  • Lead product innovation and development initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage brand P&Ls and ensure profitable growth for the portfolio.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing brand development team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain to ensure integrated execution.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Drive brand equity enhancement and consumer loyalty initiatives.
  • Present brand strategies and performance to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and development within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and successfully scaling global or major regional brands.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, market analysis, and consumer insight capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product innovation and launch processes.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working effectively in a fully remote, global team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
This position is fully remote, with a conceptual link to the business operations in Sanad, Capital, BH .
