Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Social Worker to provide remote mental health services to individuals and families in need. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your home office.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support mental well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients presenting with a range of mental health conditions.
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Providing direct therapeutic services through secure video conferencing, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group support sessions.
• Facilitating client access to community resources, support services, and crisis intervention.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a current LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent clinical license. A minimum of 5 years of post-MSW clinical experience, with a focus on mental health and counseling, is required. Proven experience in conducting remote therapy sessions and utilizing telehealth platforms is essential. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic intervention skills are a must.
