- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and execution of various dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Master fundamental cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, braising, and baking.
- Learn and practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Participate in menu development discussions and contribute creative ideas.
