Our client, a popular restaurant known for its excellent cuisine and service, is hiring friendly and efficient Restaurant Servers/Waiters to join their team in Sanad, Capital, BH .

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and seat them at their tables.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes (e.g., ingredients, allergens, daily specials).
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or order pad.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns and resolve issues or escalate to management.
  • Clear tables efficiently and discreetly throughout the meal.
  • Present bills to guests and process payments (cash, credit card).
  • Thank guests and invite them to return.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Polish cutlery, glassware, and plates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff (hosts, bussers, kitchen staff) to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Upsell menu items and specials.
  • Prepare drinks and desserts at the service station if required.
  • Assist with closing duties, such as cleaning and restocking.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good memory to recall orders and preferences.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
