Job Description
At Radisson, we believe every moment matters. As
HACCP Coordinator
, you will play a key role in ensuring our food safety standards are met across the hotel. You'll support our Culinary and F&B teams by monitoring hygiene, training staff, and making sure all practices follow HACCP and local health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the hotel's HACCP plan in line with Radisson and local standards
- Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are taken
- Deliver HACCP and hygiene training to Culinary and F&B teams
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and supplier compliance
- Work closely with Executive Chef and F&B leadership to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- HACCP Level 3 (Level 4 preferred) certification
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within hotels or large food service operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety laws and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
