Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role, with a strong emphasis on remote recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
